Jazzmaster 1960 slab board "Excelent ++"

This is an early 1960 "slab board" Jazzmaster. Stunning figured Brazilian rosewood with clay dots neck. It's an uncirculated rare example of a 100% with the extremly rare "matching serial tags".In 1960 it was bought for 349.50 USD + 52 dollars for the case! That was a lot of monet back then. It comes from its second owner who kept it for about 20 years. The frets are original and show quite some playwear. The finish is in excelent condition, the back of the neck shows a little playwear and the body has a few minor dings and scratches but the overall condition of this 46 years old lady is fantastic. Early jazzmasters in that kind of condition don't come by often, this is a serious investment and a great guitar to play. It comes with it's original trem arm and bridge cover in it's orginal brown with yellow lining case.
