Jaguar 1966 "Near mint"

This is an early / mid 1966 Jaguar. It has an early Feb 66 neck with all the late 65 specs, binding with pearl dots and Brazilian rosewood fretboard. Pots are dated from the 20th week of 1966 and the neck plate reads 155xxx . It's close to mint condition, has very little playwear on the neck and the original frets are in pretty good shape. You may notice the original "F" tuners in pristine condition that were introduced on the Jag earlier than on the strats and teles. The inside is just as clean as the outside, everything is just as original as when it left the factory 40 years ago, no broken soldering joints, all original switches, capas and pots rest under a perfect condition original tortoise pickguard, it even has the factory shim in the neckpocket. The sunburst finish has a vibrant red color and is almost unfaded. It comes in its original case with it's trem arm and mutes. A great piece of vintage 100% original for a fraction of the price of a strat or a tele and a lovely player as well.
