Fender Electric XII 1966 "Near mint"

The Fender Electric XII was one of Leo Fender's innovative and brilliant design. Introduced in mid / late 65, it was discontinued in 1970. Unlike its competitors, fender didn't just make a conversion of an existant 6 strings guitar but created an original guitar with a  headstock that was different from Fender’s usual 6 on-a-side shape, and is often referred to as a "hockey stick"... Its simple but really smart bridge with individual adjustable saddle for the intonation of each string combined with a strings thru body design contribute greatly to make it a very good sounding 12 strings guitar. It is still very undervalued.

This one is a late 65 / early 66 model, no bindings yet and pear dot markings. It's 100% original, virgin soldering joints and original frets in great shape. The sunburst finish is in very good condition and still has very bright red. There is no serious playwear or casewear, just a few minor scratches and dings. It comes with its original black tolex case. How much do you think a super clean example like this one would you cost in a few years ?
